Cricut Classes for Beginners

Service Description

Did you get a new Cricut cutting machine and wish you could just take a class all about it? Cricut for Beginners is an interactive, in person workshop for Cricut beginners! During this workshop you’ll be introduced to Cricut Design Space alongside fellow beginners as you make together. Our instructors will equip you with the foundational knowledge you need to begin creating within Design Space. Participants will be creating a design that they will be able to cut out and put on a mug (mug included). Each session is 2 hours. This class is available for those who have a Cricut Explore or Maker models as the older Cricut machines are not compatible with this class. Here’s what you’ll learn: - The basics of Cricut's design software, Design Space - How to navigate Design Space and Cricut Access - How to cut vinyl What you'll need. - Your pre-activated Cricut Explore® or Maker® (meaning you've already registered your machine) - Register for Design Space® (this is free) - A computer or tablet to run Design Space - Cricut Standard mat (the green one) - Scraper - Measuring tape or ruler - Weeding tool What we supply you with: - Vinyl and transfer tape - Mug for your first project - A notebook to capture all of they key points to help you later. There are 1 Cricut Machines available to loan during the class; email beforehand to reserve the machine. Workshops are non-refundable. No-shows are not eligible for refund or credit.
